Tank Encyclopedia. The First Online Tank Museum
David Bocquelet [chief editor]Nowadays, as of February 2017, we covered all essential tanks of WW1, WW2, the Cold War, and modern types, but a couple of recent MBTs. I say we, because about 27 redactors from various backgrounds now makes a whole true international team of authors and researchers, some with an impressive adress book, also proofreaders, facts checkers, photo hunters, community managers, moderators... We are now digging up unknown, extra-rare prototypes, field conversions, proposals, debunking fakes, mounting photo collections and a documentation database of epic proportion. At least three authors have books in the making or published right now.
Tanks-encyclopedia.com is present on facebook (5000+ followers}, twitter, instagram, pinterest, patreon, google+,
digg... and represents about 135,000 qualified visitors each month, 2,2 million since the origin.
We also have a real world enduring partnership with the Ontario Regiment Museum.
