Ratcatcher : So Says the Ratcatcher

A paperboy witnesses a murder so casually brutal that even the police doubt it really happened. The boy tells his story to newspaper reporter Rice Channon who is convinced this is an incident worth investigating. The cops, his boss, and everyone else think it¿s just a case of hero worship gone too far.But Channon¿s intuition, his faith in the boy¿s story, and his vision of a ghostly presence suggest there¿s something going on. Getting to the bottom of it won¿t be easy.
