Kill the Bastard

Thirteen was genetically engineered. His species is identified by numbers and raised to never question orders. This has earned them the title Bastards. They have been created for one purpose and one purpose only: exterminate the mutated Flaws who inhibit the decayed wastelands beyond the walls of a fortified city of elites.

On a mission, Thirteen encounters Chanta, a Flaw. Her glowing red eyes pierce more than the darkness when she attempts escape. Thirteen is struck by her beauty. He feels love and for the first time questions everything. Now hunted by both Bastards and Flaws, Thirteen and Chanta find purpose in a forbidden love.

Thirteen must now confront his past and fight to bring unity in a world where both Bastard and Flaw are being manipulated.
